**NEW:  All orders will be shipped to the billing address; no exceptions.

All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes nor to APO (U.S. military bases) addresses.

 Special Order Items:  Although we do have a large inventory of brand new OEM Volkswagen parts, we do not have enough space to keep one of everything on the shelf for all models.  It is sometimes necessary to special order items from Volkswagen to complete an order.  We usually see our special order parts arrive within two business days as long as they are available from our facing PDC (located in Ontario, California).  If they are coming from a different PDC, the wait will be longer.  All orders coming from our facing PDC will arrive within two days with the exception of the following:

1.) Orders submitted after 12:00pm PST on a Thursday will arrive the following Monday.

2.) Orders submitted after 12:00pm PST on a Friday will arrive the following Tuesday.

3.) All other orders submitted Monday-Wednesday will still ship that same week.

If you are in need of something sooner than the usual two business days, we can most likely get it the next day if the order is submitted by 3:00pm PST.  However, there will be an additional charge of $10 or 10% of the list price of the item(s), whichever is greater.  Please note in the "comments" section during checkout that you need the item to be shipped the next business day, and we will do our very best to ensure this happens.

 

NOTE: Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions are not eligible for shipping because of the size and weight. We do have prices for all these items available but do not offer them to ship. If you are looking for body components, engines, transmission or any part that are oversized (WILL CALL ONLY).

International Orders:   **NOTE: WE NO LONGER OFFER SHIPPING TO ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.**  We have had too many issues shipping parts to various countries in the past, and it is extremely expensive for both the shipper and receiver.  We will be happy to process international orders from other countries but the buyer is responsible for scheduling a pickup at our location.  We will also be happy to ship the parts to another location in the U.S.A., such as a depot for the shipping carrier of your choice.

 

Haz-Mat Items:  Due to the various materials found in some of Volkswagen's products, not all parts are available for us to ship.  We do not have a Haz-Mat shipping license and thus may not ship items with pressurized gas and/or explosive items.  Examples include, but are not limited to: shock absorbers, hood/trunk struts, seatbelts, airbags, etc.  Please e-mail us before placing an order so we can check with Volkswagen to make sure the product is safe for us to ship to your location.

 

Not all discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. They are considered "Final Sale."

 

Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
